Named for an historic fort southeast of the park, Fort Cobb State Park surrounds spectacular Fort Cobb Lake. Here you find a wide variety of water sports and excellent fishing, as well as 45 miles of shore trails.
The park is home to bald eagle, peregrine falcon and whooping crane, all best seen during fall and spring.
Campers enjoy more than 600 primitive tent sites and several wooden yurts.
Catfish, black bass, hybrid bass, white bass, walleye and crappie abound in the blue-green lake and Sunset Cove Marina offers amenities for fishing and water sports.
A beautiful 18-hole golf course and pro shop are open year-round.
Nature photographers appreciate the shoreline walk and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. For outstanding nature exhibits, stop at the visitor center.
