Kincaid Lake is a favorite retreat of fishermen and campers.
The park marina rents fishing boats for those who want to try their luck at landing a largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill or channel catfish.
Visitors can hike on two trails (with a total distance of 2.5 miles) over rolling hills for a close-up look at some of the park's 850 acres. Hikers watch for deer, wild turkey and the many varieties of waterfowl drawn to the lake habitat.
Swimming is not permitted in the lake, but the park has a pool. Other facilities include a campground, open all year, and a grocery store and miniature golf course, both open April through October.
There are 84 campsites with water and electricity and 125 primitive sites.
