This outstanding 1,098-acre scenic park offers boating opportunities and great fishing for largemouth bass, catfish, carp, perch, crappie, bluegills and pickerel.

Many visitors explore the pond by canoe, rowboat, kayak, and pedal boat during the summer, which are available for rent. The Murderkill River Canoe Trail provides a challenge for the more adventurous paddler.

Other facilities include a water park, hiking trails, fitness course, ball fields and an 18-hole disc golf course.

Picnic areas, a campground and cabins are also available.

Hiking trails and a cross-country running course wind through several types of habitat featuring native plants and animals.

The 3.2-mile Pondside Trail is carpeted with pine needles and sand and winds along the banks of the park's 66-acre mill pond.
