Frank Jackson State Park offers prime freshwater fishing just about one mile from downtown Opp. The centerpiece of this 2,050-acre park in southern Alabama is its stocked 1,000-acre lake. Anglers come for bass and crappie. Other activities at the lake include swimming from a grassy beach and picnicking. Almost two miles of foot trails provide a diversion for non-anglers. There are 26 fully equipped campsites. Outdoor Activities		The 1,000-acre lake at Frank Jackson State Park is stocked for fishing.
